Who would come to Trader House.
Who could come to Trader House ? Two irresistible forces are at work undeniably in the FX markets globally at the moment:- |
1) There is an exponential increase in the number of experienced private individuals wishing to day trade FX. Day trading centers are on the increase in Central London, mostly aimed at equities traders, and without the extra facilities we hope to provide locally, rather than after a long difficult commute.
2) There is a similar decrease in the availability of seats within the financial City banks and institutions for professional traders to work at, as the banks are all retrenching and restructuring with staff layoffs, merging or involved in takeovers, downsizing, closing or repatriating to their native countries and shutting foreign branches.
It is an alarming game of musical chairs for the current City professional FX trader who -when the music stops - finds he has no seat to sit at and has to leave the professional market. Many are extremely skilled but in a narrow perspective having simply "traded" maybe one or two currencies all their adult life and are therefore not experienced in marketing, systems development/IT or any FX ancilliary markets.
Like a professional footballer, often around 30-35 years old when they become less attractive to their teams (banks) they are too old to trade up and down for the full 90 minutes against the top teams in the City, but are still fit to take the field.
They will likely have had high disposable incomes and have some savings to now put into "own account margin trading" - but they will always have traded a bank's money and in most instances never their own. It is most likely that from having lived the somewhat exciting, challenging and high profile lifestyle of the typical professional FX trader that they will feel it is a big comedown to move to more obvious and perhaps boring jobs, and so will try to stay in the field of FX to which they feel accustomed.
We want to feel like a trading team even though we will be individuals from all walks of life- Trader House's constituent "3 orange" products already have clients using the products from such diverse backgrounds as-ex film producer-ex casino managers-builders-engineers-all with something in common-they trade and are experienced in own account FX.
In creating physical Trader House we are trying to offer indivdual customers who are sitting on their own in isolation at their own homes trading with our products an alternative. We know that together in "teams", again like a bank, individuals can get more from the camaraderie and interchange of like minded, motivated traders.
There are a number of commission based opportunities for traders working from Trader House to utilise their networks of contacts and relationships:-
Marketing of seats at Trader House
Marketing of Products
Marketing our tutorials
Guest speaking at our tutorials
As we are trying to build a "global network" of Trader Houses if you like-Trader House Network will be a franchise business rolled out to any country in the world where we have trading club facilities and find the talent to occupy them-we are linked with an ever growing "family" of experienced individual traders, and professional and ex-professional traders. At our seminars we will often also have experienced individual traders on site to comment on their reasons for using the Trader House products and in some cases why they actually trade daily from our facilities and what advantages they find in so doing over and above those of trading alone at their homes. Sitting with like minded individuals with shared goals and team spirit the two advantages most often cited.
