Booking
seats
Our trading seats
are available for rent at £1000 per calendar month and
can be booked for a minimum one month in advance or 3
months, 6 months and 1 year in advance. With 3 months booked
and paid for you get one week free, 6 months you get 2 weeks
free and 1 year you receive one month free.
You must advise us
after 2 weeks if you wish to terminate at the end of a one
month rental.
An applicant wishing
to rent for 3 months will be given priority over an
applicant requesting only one month so for security and
exclusivity of a guaranteed seat, you must be renting in 3
month lots.

However it is our intention
to give as many traders as possible the chance to have an effective
one month "paid trial" who are new to us and need to get to know us
and to feel whether this concept works for them without committing to
a 3 month spell straight away; if there are no 3 month renters
waiting it is possible to secure your seat on a one month
rollover.
Payment can be made direct to
our Bank by wire transfer -details available on request - or by
cheque made payable to Trader House Network (UK) Limited (allow 5
days clearance before you can take up your seat when paying by
cheque.)
